Hello again translators,
here's another quick and easy translation request related to a
CentralNotice campaign for Wiki Loves Monuments 2012.

We are planning to have a banner asking people to take part in the
contest after we break our previous record of about 168,000 images
uploaded as part of WLM (around September 16-20); hence, the phrase is
English is: "Participate in the world's largest photo competition, and
help improve Wikipedia!".

We are currently missing translations in the following languages (19 in total):
* Afrikaans;
* Breton;
* Danish;
* Lower Sorbian;
* Galician;
* Hebrew;
* Hindi;
* Upper Sorbian;
* Luxembourgish;
* Malayalam;
* Norwegian (Bokmål);
* Norwegian (Nynorsk);
* Northen Sotho (Sepedi);
* Russian;
* Silesian;
* Swahili;
* Tagalog;
* Telugu;
* Tswana (Setswana).

If you're able to help and translate this single sentence into your
language, or maybe even poke some people who are able to do that, I'll
appreciate all help. Like with the previous WLM request I sent to this
list, we are gathering translations at
<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2012/CentralNotice#Record_banner>.

I know that MediaWiki is not the best tool to use for translating a
message, but there's currently no better way to do that; Commons does
not use the Translate extension yet, and I'll need to move those
translations to Meta (the admin-only MediaWiki namespace) anyway.

Thanks in advance for your help :-)
