[Translators-l] Please help translate Wikimania banners

Scholarship applications for Wikimania 2012 are open and the call for
participation is out now.

We will be running central notice banners (logged-in only) in the next
week(s) to get the word out about these.  We plan to do Wikimania
registration banners sometime later... maybe March or April.
