[Translators-l] Two new requests, and a survey

Of course, that was meant for Jon. I apologize for the spam.

This is a good chance for me to thank everyone who helped out with the
Second Editor Survey questionnaire translations. It was a great experience
for me to work with all of you, and I have several ideas about how I can
make the process more painless for everyone. Jon's survey will also help us
with the next iteration.
