I think I might be useful regarding Arabic. I have done some translation of articles, few images, and translation requests on Meta, Outreach, and Strategic planning wikis. I have also done little volunteer software localisation.

I have done a great deal of SVG translation, both by hand and using two different site tools. I translate to Macedonian, therefore I can be of help when it comes to Cyrillic script. I would be quite keen to participate in the creation of this tool in any way that might be helpful.

Ask me anything about RTL. Just let me know where and how to try it.
If you are working in a test wiki, give me the URL. If you working in
Wikimedia's Git repo or some other public source repo, i'll just
