[Translators-l] New request: Licensing tutorial for WikimediaCommons

Thanks Haitham
I will update the graphic I uploaded yesterday with the proofread
translation.
Any comments on the graphic would be welcome:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Licensing_tutorial_ar.svg
I had to convert the text into paths to display correctly on the browser,
resulting in a relatively big file.
Any ideas how to solve this without the need to convert?
