Alex and James figured out the issue and fixed it last night.  It
turns out that using the hard-coded English image was an error and
they switched it to use the css from the editor appeals.  Now the
button shows up translated on the Foundation's banners (see

We already have translations for the "Read Now" button.  It's #5 on
the core messages translation request:
