[Translators-l] Editor appeals

Welcome in Limoke, I'm a newbie here as well but I guess it's just a matter
of giving it a try, there's always someone willing to give you a hand either
in English or in your local language. It's very nice to know that wikipedia
is also being made available in Swahili.
