UI already fully translated into Portuguese (done by me and Malafaya @
betawiki)

Announcement going to be translated by me yesterday and spammed on all
Portuguese Wikimedia projects (Village pumps) or at 2:00 AM (UTC) or at
16:00 from 4 July
