[Translators-l] Wikimania 2008 Sitenotice (Call for Participation)

Thanks to all of you who have already translated the sitenotice into
your language!  If you would like to translate it into your language,

We also need help putting it up on different websites, if you have
+sysop on one of the wikis where it is missing, please feel free to
add it!
