[Translators-l] from angel rodriguez about wikipedia.org and google/language_tools

So, how long did it take you to do that?  15 minutes?
It's taking me about 90 minutes to clean up the translation.

I think this is a definite improvement on raw translation time for
such a heady piece of work.
