[Translators-l] Newsletter (de, it, ko, ...)

Please see the new Covers and Updates sections on the NL-1 newsletter
translation requests page.  Covers should be uploaded to meta and
linked from there.

The first 3 pages of the De, It, and Ko newsletters could use
proofreading; they could also use covers (requires an image editor). 
Ar: is already proofread; thank you, Ayman.

We want to include the first three pages of these along with the full
translations
that currently exist on the foundationwiki.
