[Mediawiki-i18n] Italics for Macedonian wiki

Is the issue Wikipedia-only or does it affecet every page/every software?
If its effect is beyond Wikipedia, then it'd probably be better to ask
producers for different OS to integrate a suitable font and ask different
browsers provider to pick the font if the webpage specify its content is in
Macedonian.
