[Mediawiki-i18n] Italics for Macedonian wiki

Hello all,

You will recall that we wanted to change the italics on mk.wiki to show
proper Macedonian letters. We found a suitable free font and then, our
community voted unanimously for the proposed change

The font is *Skola Serif Condensed Italic*, whose free status was confirmed
by the author himself, Lasko Džurovski. The available here

proposed look

compared to the current one. I did notice that when I tried to use it in
Microsoft Word, it did not show properly, but less legible and rather ugly.
I hope that this will not happen on the wiki.

Since none of us know about the process of getting the font installed, our
community would like to ask you to do it for us, if possible.We are at your
disposal for any questions and things that we can assist with on our
behalf. As discussed before, we would like the font to apply only when
italics are used, and across all wikis, if that isn't too complicated.
