[Mediawiki-i18n] MediaWiki Language Extension Bundle 2015.01 release

I would like to announce the release of MediaWiki Language Extension
Bundle 2015.01. This bundle is compatible with MediaWiki 1.23.8 and
MediaWiki 1.24.1 releases.

* This version has compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 8.
Support will be restored in the next MLEB release.
