[Mediawiki-i18n] namespaceGenderAliases translations for 1.18?

Since translatewiki is a strong community, would it be possible to ask 
there for the namespaces translation?  It will probably speed up things.

One possibility would be to add unused messages such as user-namespace 
and user-talk-namespace, commit them in trunk. Then later on, we could 
gather the translations and update the namespace gender aliases :b
