[Mediawiki-i18n] regarding MediaWiki internationalisation and language setup

Hello,

Do you mean if you click on an interwiki link?
In that case SpecialInterwiki<http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SpecialInterwiki>extension
could be useful if you want to add a few, or you could use the
wikipedia-interwiki.sql maintenance script (and change the URLs to
http://localhost/mediawiki/index.php/$1/fr etc) to add them all.
