[Mediawiki-i18n] RTL-lang messages in a multilingual wiki

Hoi,
 From the Multilingual MediaWiki project we can show you this .. 
http://mw.visc.us/ara:Main_Page this page is there for Arabic and it 
does do a reasonable job of doing a LTR. We think that MLMW will be 
particularly useful for Commons.
