[Mediawiki-i18n] Internationalisation news 2006-05-14

I think "metadata-fields" should be translated, as it includes text in 
English. However, "recentchanges-url" should be included in the list.

Also, I think a script lists the messages which shouldn't be translated 
but are translated will help.
