It does the same thing as linktrail but in the beginning of the word,
except that it is disabled by default. Quick lookup found 4 languages
which make use of this feature:
Ar default = [a-zA-Z\x80-\xff]
Cv [a-zA-Z\x80-\xff«"]
Is [áÁðÐéÉíÍóÓúÚýÝþÞæÆöÖA-Za-z-–]
Ru („|«)
Unless there is need for it, it should not be translated at all. And
even then with care, many of the linktrails have not been working as
intented, and some may still be wrong.
