[Translators-l] Translation help needed in Thai, Indonesian, Norwegian-Nynorsk, Spanish, Catalan

I've made some works on existing pages to update them for easier
translation with less errors and less maintenance when they will evolve
with new items and with more languages.
* You'll note the use ot more tvar's (simpler code for translators)
* Paragraphs and better isolatd (too long resources causes more
errors)xxxxxx
* You'll note the fixes for RTL languages (Hebrew, Yiddish, Arabic,
Southern Azeri, Bashkir, Persian/Farsi, Pashto, Panjabi (Arabic script),
Urdu, Uighur, Syriac, Maldivian...): corrected layour for the TOC

The French translation is also complete.
