As I didn't (yet) get a reply from mpande, I'll do it this way;

I've got some remarks about the survey in Dutch (nl):

- The
 question about age: in Dutch we say: 17 jaar (17 years old), so the
word "jaar" needs to be on the right side of the box, and not on the
- "Are you a student?" - If the answer is yes, there shouldn't
 come a question about your job, nor about your daily income (at least
they shouldn't be made compulsory)
- After the question about
which languages you speak, there should be a question, but only the
"yes/no" buttons are available
- The boxes where you have to rank (1-6) the things you think are appreciated are too small (from side to side I mean)
- In
 the question about money, there should be €-signs instead of $-signs,
because we live in the EU and the question is also put in €.
- In general: the more personal questions shouldn't be made compulsory, as this frightens people

That's about it. The survey took me about 20 minutes.
